We look for companies where the opportunity size is big and where there are business tailwinds. 3. It is important for us to invest in companies which are capital efficient and have high return on equity. 4. We invest in companies which have good corporate governance in terms of transparency, capital allocation and distribution of wealth to minority investors. 5. Last but not the least we look at reasonable valuations as we believe stock returns are driven by both earnings' growth and valuation rerating.
