Aishvarya Dadheech is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Fident Asset Management. With nearly two decades of experience in equity fund management and research, he brings a deep commitment to disciplined investing and long-term value creation. Prior to founding Fident, he led the PMS strategies at Ambit Asset Management and previously managed equity portfolios at Reliance Life Insurance, where he consistently delivered industry-leading returns. He began his career at CRISIL, gaining strong analytical expertise as an equity and credit research analyst. Aishvarya is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder, and also holds an MBA in Finance. He is an alumnus of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. His approach is rooted in rigorous research, sound risk management, and a steadfast focus on quality, making him a respected voice in India's investment management industry.
