Shree Lakshmi Plan

Shree Lakshmi Plan is a long term oriented equity strategy focused on investing in fundamentally strong companies with a growth oriented approach and a disciplined research driven investment process. The portfolio follows a bottom up and top down framework combined with qualitative and quantitative filters to identify companies with strong revenue and earnings growth, large opportunity size, sustainable competitive advantage, strong management track record and reasonable valuations. Portfolio construction follows a core and satellite approach with a concentrated portfolio of about 15 to 20 stocks while maintaining diversification across sectors, market capitalizations and investment styles. Higher allocation is given to higher conviction ideas while non consensus opportunities are also considered when supported by strong fundamentals. Stocks are generally purchased with a typical holding horizon of about one to three years and are reviewed regularly to evaluate changes in the investment thesis. The strategy emphasizes disciplined risk management with continuous monitoring and exit triggers when the investment case changes while maintaining flexibility to hold cash up to 50 percent if market conditions demand caution.
