The aim is to maximize the power of compounding. Here our philosophy is to pick high quality companies with proven track record at reasonable valuations and then let the compounding do its magic. Idea is to ride the growth phase in the company or industry over rolling 3-5 years?' time frame. There would be exclusions based on size of capital that can be deployed, ESG considerations. Key risks include regulation and policy risk, growth slowdown, wrong capital allocation.
